Mediterranean Chicken Kebabs

Method
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into squares of around 2 cm.
  2. Prepare the first 4 kebabs, by inserting a piece of chicken onto the skewer, then a dried apricot, and continuing like that until the skewer is full.
  3. Mix together the curry, sesame and a little olive oil.
  4. Brush this mixture over the kebabs.
  5. Cut the zucchini into thin slices.
  6. Prepare the remaining 4 kebabs, starting with a piece of chicken, adding zucchini and then a cherry tomato. Fill up the skewer.
  7. Mix together some olive oil with the thyme.
  8. Brush this mixture over the kebabs.
  9. Place the Grill Stone on the barbecue, until the chicken is cooked.
A good tip: you can also cook vegetables, fish and other meat directly on the Grill Stone.
